Membership Application

2008 CSA memberships are already available! Simply follow these easy steps to reserve your space for 2008.

1) Download our 2008 CSA membership application (click here for application).

2) Choose from the following pick-up times and locations. Tuesdays 4:00-7:00 PM at Pachamama Organic Farm or
(starts June 3, 2008)
Wednesdays 4:00- 8:00 PM at Boulder Farmers Market
(starts June 4, 2008)

3) Mail the completed application and payment to: Pachamama Organic Farm 10771 N. 49th St. Longmont, CO 80503
